Websites And Their Creation It all started back in late 2005 as I was yearning for building websites. First there is HTML which was the gold standard and still is but i came across a nifty program that was a WYSIWYG website building program. Virtual Mechanics Sitespinner Pro. There is even a code editor for all your hand pounded HTML. Back in the day there were 2 versions so being a cheapie i bought Sitespinner Regular which let you have 999 pages but the real treat was Pro that lets you have unlimited pages. That is what I have been using since 2012... Personally,If I can ever get past being manic and focus on my work I can take WillowWhat to the next level and beyond. Sitespinner Pro has a tiny learning curve unlike Adobe Dreamweaver which is a Premiere program still in use to this day but theres a drawback... Its all in the cloud now unlike Sitespinner Pro which is a one time fee...lifetime serial and registry key and free updates for life. Darn near everything is software as a service as a service nowadays and in the unlikely event V.M. decides to do it I will be onboard anyways. First hurdle...how to go frome the editors to getting it on your workspace...File ...Save Object... Want a hit counter? Use the code editor. You can put up YTube videos or be neat and link a picture to the video...A bit of trial and error is on you but its totally worthy of your time. Next up is content....Its taken me a while to come up with 10 categories..things I can do and manage. Being creative and posting content you create is all part of the fun...Mobile or desktop its a real job. In this day we have A.I. and that is one thing that will never grace my website as its all my own... Coming up with something original is a challenge today....Wanna step back a hundred years.. good luck with that one..LOL Finally Youve created your website in editor but your pages are all over...Page Order lets you put the pages in your directory in the editor where you want them in order or alphabetical. A bit of tinkering with the program and knowing someone who uses it is crucial to success. I dont know everything but no way do i want my content and program in the cloud... Remember Books? Yeah I have some of those. Peace,BigT
